Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 3–4 business days following payment confirmation. All our shipments are carried out free of charge via Sürat Kargo.

Delivery Process

Orders handed over to the cargo company are delivered to your address within an average of 1–3 business days, depending on your location. When your shipment is dispatched, you can track the process instantly with the tracking number that will be sent to you.

During official holidays and special campaign periods, delivery times may vary due to operational intensity. For the smooth delivery of your orders, please ensure your address information is entered completely and accurately.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction forms the foundation of our service approach. For products you have purchased, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

In accordance with our hygiene standards, products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Returns and exchanges of used products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must be sent back:

For returns that reach us and whose conditions are approved, the product fee is refunded to the credit card used during payment. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on bank procedures.

For exchange requests, a new product is shipped based on stock availability.
